1. Introduction

2023 Taihu Electric Power Forum was Held in Wuxi , Jiangsu, during Oct. 18-20, 2023. This conference centered on the theme“Exploring the Future of Green & Intelligent Energy, Facilitating the Construction of New Power System”, addressed key issues in the field of energy and electrical engineering under evolving global dynamics. It brought together over a hundred distinguished experts and scholars across the globe to share cutting-edge research findings and engage in in-depth discussions. Participants collaboratively explored pathways for building a sustainable energy system aligned with green and low-carbon transition goals, deliberated on strategies for advancing the new power system, and jointly outlined a visionary blueprint for the development of next-generation energy infrastructure.
